Schedule (Sat Nov 21, 2026)
- 12:00–1:30 PM: registration and turkey drop-off at Life Church Smyrna, 4100 King Springs Rd SE, Smyrna. Drinks, coffee and snacks provided. Turkeys are only accepted during registration.
- About 1:30–1:45 PM: blessing of the ride, then kickstands up
- About 2:30 PM: arrive at the club’s clubhouse in South Fulton
- 2:30–6:00 PM: fellowship with free food, games and sponsor prize giveaways. The bar closes at 7:30 PM.
Route
About a 45-minute twisty ride from Life Church Smyrna to the Ghost Ryderz Extreme MC clubhouse in South Fulton (Atlanta). Most cars aren’t allowed on the ride or at the clubhouse, because of safety and parking limits.
Cost & registration
No cash fee. The ask is one frozen turkey per rider, and the heaviest turkey gets recognized. Non-riders can drop off turkeys at registration, and a friend can drive your turkey over while you ride. Can’t make it? Remote donations are accepted; see the organizer page for payment options.
The cause
For 15 years the club has teamed up with Life Church Smyrna Assembly of God to put on Thanksgiving meals for veterans and families in need. The church collects the canned and dry goods, and the ride brings the turkeys.
